About this Opportunity

We are building a pool of engineering professionals to support our growing and evolving manufacturing operations in Calumpit, Bulacan.

Candidates will be considered for immediate openings or future roles across: Production, Design, Costing, Process, Quality, and Maintenance Engineering:

• Production – Support daily operations and drive process improvements
• Design – Develop and refine designs for manufacturability
• Costing – Analyze and optimize production costs
• Process – Design and enhance manufacturing processes
• Quality – Ensure compliance and lead root cause and corrective actions
• Maintenance – Ensure equipment reliability through effective maintenance programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Electronics, or related field); fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of and/or background in production, quality, or engineering fundamentals (any relevant areas)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
