Reporting to: Facility Management Supervisor

Schedule: 5-day work week

The Facility Management Associate provides operational and administrative support in the management of workplace facilities, inventory, supplies, safety compliance, preventive maintenance coordination, vendor management, and asset monitoring. The role operates under the guidance and direct supervision of the Facility Management Supervisor and supports the efficient delivery of facility services to maintain safe, organized, and operationally ready office and dormitory environments.

• Maintain accurate inventory records of pantry supplies, cleaning supplies, tissue stocks, dormitory consumables, and other facility support supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of office furniture, appliances, dormitory assets, and facility equipment.
• Support regular facility and dormitory walkthrough inspections covering offices, dormitory units, common areas, and storage facilities.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for office equipment, dormitory utilities, and facility systems with accredited third-party service providers.
• Monitor completion of scheduled preventive maintenance activities based on approved maintenance timelines.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records, service reports, and maintenance history documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or any related degree
• Experience in facilities support, dormitory operations, and inventory management is a plus
• Customer orientation, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
