About the Role

Location: Calumpit, Bulacan

Reporting to: Production Manager

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (onsite)

As a Production Engineer, you will support production workflows, ensure optimal equipment performance, and drive process improvements while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Machine & Operations Management: Set up, start up, adjust, and operate manufacturing machinery to maximize output. Execute basic maintenance and standard machine shutdowns.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement process optimizations.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the QA team to minimize scrap/rejects and ensure all products meet quality benchmarks.
• Maintenance & Audit Compliance: Monitor equipment conditions, coordinate with Maintenance, and maintain 6S/5S audit closures.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily production reports and technical improvement summaries on time.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Note: Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply and will be considered for the Associate Production Engineer role
• Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, continuous improvement mindset, and excellent teamwork/communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic machine maintenance, manufacturing equipment operations, and production reporting tools.
