We’re looking for a Quality Control and R&D Manager to lead our laboratory and quality operations in our manufacturing plant. This role plays a key part in ensuring our products are safe, compliant, and high-quality — while also driving innovation and continuous improvement.

You will lead a skilled QC and R&D team, improve product formulations, strengthen compliance standards, and help the business grow through smarter processes and better products.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the QC and R&D team
Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and ISO standards
Oversee testing of raw materials and finished goods
Investigate product issues and lead root cause analysis
Develop and improve product formulations
Identify ways to reduce cost and material waste
Maintain accurate BOM and technical documentation
Manage lab equipment, tools, and budget
Work closely with Production and other departments
Coach and develop team members

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of a Chemistry-related course such as Chemical or Materials Engineering
A Registered Chemist or with similar certification is a plus
At least 5 years of experience in PVC or plastics formulation and compounding
With leadership experience in QC or R&D (preferred)
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
Experience in lab testing, formulation, and quality systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good leadership and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Willing to work or relocate in Calumpit, Bulacan
