About the Role

Location: Calumpit, Bulacan

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Wires/Plastics

Reporting to: Production Manager

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (onsite)

As a Production Engineer, you will support production to ensure productivity while improving efficiency and maintaining quality and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensures that the machines and equipment are in good running condition.

Other responsibilities include:

• Operate manufacturing equipment.
• Set-up, start-up and adjust machines to optimize operation and productivity.
• Execute proper machine shutdown and perform basic maintenance on machines.
• Ensure optimal raw material utilization and company resources.
• Identify inefficiencies in production processes and suggest improvements to increase productivity.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Monitor and record the condition of production equipment and coordinate with Maintenance for repairs or preventive maintenance when needed.
• Encode and maintain accurate production records such as daily production reports and other similar reports.
• Support in the planning and implementation of production projects and process changes.
  

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferably a licensed engineer.
• 2 to 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates and those with lesser experience shall be considered for Associate Production Engineer position.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
