About the Role

Location: Ermita, Manila

Role Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Department: Technical Services

Reporting to: Product Technical Manager

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for research, testing, and evaluation of all products under FELCO. They are also responsible for:

• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or other relevant courses
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role
• Must be willing to work in Ermita, Manila
