About the Role

Location: Ermita, Manila

Role Type: Full-time, Onsite

Reports to: Administrative Services Team Leader

The Liaison Officer (Admin Associate) is responsible for the timely processing, monitoring, and renewal of business permits, licenses, contracts, and insurance policies to ensure regulatory compliance and uninterrupted business operations. You will maintain accurate records, coordinates with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and provide administrative support related to compliance requirements.

Additionally you will:

• Manage the processing, monitoring, and renewal of business permits, licenses, and government registrations.
• Administer contract tracking, documentation, renewals, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee insurance policy renewals, records management, and provider coordination.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or any related degree
• At least one (1) year of related work experience
• Knowledge of permits, licenses, contracts, and insurance processes is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Amenable to do field work in government agencies.
