About the Role

As a Field Sales Associate (Jr. Sales Development Officer), you will help introduce FELCO's products to our existing customers and support sales growth within your assigned territory.

The role involves regular fieldwork and multi-day trips across Panay Island, giving you hands-on experience in customer engagement, territory management, and sales.

To qualify for the role, you must:

• Be a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any related course.

• Be a fresh graduate or an early-career professional

• Be willing to be assigned to areas across Panay Island.
